Return & Exchange Policy – 321gym

At 321gym, we prioritize customer satisfaction and adhere to the provisions of the E-Commerce Law in Saudi Arabia.


1. Timeframe for Return or Exchange

  • Consumers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the actual date of product receipt.
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • The right to withdraw does not apply if the product has been used or its benefit has been consumed.

2. Conditions for Accepting Return or Exchange (New Products)

  • The product must be new and in its original condition.
  • The product must not have been used or operated.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • The store reserves the right to inspect the product before final approval.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for shipping and return costs if the request is due to withdrawal or personal preference.
  • In the case of a manufacturing defect, product not as described, or store error, the store covers all costs.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

a) Used Products

  • Products that have been used by the customer.
  • Any product operated or used after receipt.

b) Personal Use Products (after opening)

  • Knee sleeves
  • Hand protection (gloves, wrist wraps, tape, etc.)
  • Personal sports braces and protectors
  • Any product categorized as personal care or personal use

c) New Equipment After Operation or Installation

  • New devices and equipment cannot be returned or exchanged after operation or installation.
  • A product is considered used if:
  • The device has been electrically operated
  • The device has been installed or assembled
  • Protective coverings have been removed
  • Signs of use or assembly appear
  • Returns are allowed only if the device is completely new, unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, or has a manufacturing defect, product not as described, or store error.

d) Used Equipment (Sold “As-Is”)

  • Sold as-is after buyer inspection and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Cases of Request Rejection

  • Product received in damaged condition due to improper packaging by the customer
  • Loss of original packaging or accessories
  • Presence of breakage, scratches, or signs of use
  • Expiration of the return or exchange period

6. Delayed Shipment Pickup

  • If the customer fails to receive the shipment from the delivery company without a valid reason, the store may consider the order as successfully delivered and charge the customer for any additional shipping or redirection fees.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
